Looking into a high security chain like the pewag. I will also have a hidden/concealed GPS locator somewhere on there AND the trailer will be insured for all the contents.
Unfortunately that won't work for a beefy offroad tire. The space from the edge of the wheel/rim to the outer edge of the tire can only be about 8". My trailer has 33" bfg's and 15" tires and it's about 11.5".
