While I know most folks on here enjoy packing a full cooking setup, for me the ease and pack-ability of dehydrated meals are hard to beat if its just me (fast, easy, no cleanup).
Plus; I tend to often link an overlanding trip with a backpacking or hiking adventure.

I travel a lot for work, and while in San Fran last week was wondering if there are outfits that rent overlanding capable rigs near major airports?
