Cancelled SE Missouri - Camp Cook Box, like new - $450, delivery possible

This particular model is gone and it was heavy so shipping on it would have been high. I'm working on a redesign that will be just as study but reduce some of the weight and be more compact. It'll have a better water and electrical system as well. That design is still a WIP as I have an off road...

I built my dream machine home on wheels

I like it! A very nice build. I love something small, light, and self-contained. Looks like you could get around anywhere with this. I'm guessing you custom built this yourself?

Houston to Badlands NPS and Back

The Badlands are must see IMO but it's far from remote. I've camped at the wall just outside the north entrance and at Sage Creek inside the park but if you're looking for solitude, you won't find it at either place. The buffalo and the views are well worth dealing with people though, at least...

    Dog Gone, Camping

Lost my camping buddy a little over a year ago and have been struggling to get back out there alone. I've done a couple trips since but it's just not quite the same.

    Apple TV's Long Way Series

I loved the first one, the rest were just ok. Anytime someone is taking an adventure, whether on a bike or in vehicle, I'm interested.

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Spent the weekend making progress on my new camp cooking drawer. I still need to get the pump, plumbing, and electrical lined out so I can get the shell on and painted but I'm eager to get it back into the Xterra and get back out there again.

    Bye Felicia

Overlanding, Van Life, all these fads can't die soon enough so I can get back to camping in secluded spots without people looking to film their next YouTube video. Idiots in SxSs need to go too. Guess I'm just getting old and just need my peace and be left alone now.

Cancelled SE Missouri - Camp Cook Box, like new - $450, delivery possible

Camp Cook Box Built as a prototype for camp cooking systems I want to build. Box is solid and heavy duty but it does have it's imperfections, hence the low price. Should fit any SUV or truck bed. Painted with a durable truck bed coating that has a texture but is not too rough to touch. $450 is...

    Kids Education vs Overlanding

I always thought that homeschooling while traveling would be a great way to get an education. We didn't do that with our daughter but I still encourage her to travel whenever she can.

I wasn't alone but I spent a few peaceful and serene days and nights at the Badlands last year.

The Bighorn Mountains are calling me

I've spent some time in western WY but this was my first time exploring the eastern part and I was quite surprised. I only hit the southern area of the BHs so there's a lot of area left for me to explore. I want hit the Badlands again this year so I'm hoping I can make enough to time to go back...

    In Canada Exploring, now.

I love Canada, it's an absolutely beautiful country and hopefully our political difference can be ironed out soon. I'd like to visit it again someday.

The Bighorn Mountains are calling me

Did a short run into the Bighorns as part of a larger WY/SD trip last year and I'm seriously thinking of heading back this year to do more exploring. There was a road that went farther back from where we camped but my brother was in a less capable vehicle so we didn't chance. If I go back I'll...
