We passed through the park, driving Ugly Creek Road, nice dirt road, hit the color change just right, but dry creek bed though. Didn’t get to see the caves as we had our dog and apparently dogs/caves don’t mix according to National Park Service.

Heading from Nashville to Shebyville, KY this weekend. Hoping for some intel on any worthwhile alternate off-road route options and/or camping spots. Thoughts on Mammoth Cave NP?
