Different Rigs will have different experiences for sure. They did cost a bit more but i am so very happy with them i will grab a tread depth on my KO2's today when i pull them off and check my mileage to get the exact numbers for the life span.

they are installing the rack on the top i just had no way of attaching to that. i continued my search over the weekend and finally found that CVT had the bars that attach to the tent. they will be here tomorrow.

my buddy with a hardtop unlimited rubicon went this route and mounted his tent directly on the pioneer platform. you remove the aluminum crossbars from the bottom of the tent and redrill to install these lag bolts. Hope it helps. he went all over the place in oregon.
