Seems the Deadman could also be used as a trunk saver also. 1 item, 2 uses... 3 if you use it to wrap something in for storage! Seems to me, that would be my preferred method just for the utility aspect of it.

Great idea and I'm glad it's working out for you! You may have already thought about this, but I would suggest making a top for the trailer so you can store gear and stuff in there without worrying about it getting wet. Of course, then you'll want to add a slide out platform so you can access...
