Had a great time at this event! Quite a few people joined the event and lots of work got done. I was on the track erasing project and by NPS estimates, we erased over 3,000’ of illegal tracks from Soda Lake. Thanks to all who joined us and look forward to seeing you in the Fall.

Following..... please post your results as the season goes on. Living in the SW, heat is certainly a factor when going out to explore.

I don’t know of anyone going to Expo West. I can put out feelers in my other overlanding groups and see.

I'm still trying to figure out how to get stuff validated. I do like the idea of the lowest points gets trash pick up etc...

That looks like an awesome trail!!! I haven't done the trail but I did live in Upper Michigan for a while. If you are doing it in the Spring, I would recommend late Spring/early Summer. Overnight temps can get a bit chilly in early Spring.
