Yes, the Mini has both AC and DC connections, the power cable that comes with the Mini is DC 5221 on both ends. If you want to power off USB C - it needs to be a PD100 USB C port, and you will need to purchase a separate cable with DC 5221 on one end and USB C on the other. I got the Starlink...
That is correct for the Starlink Mini, as the router is built into the unit. The standard Starlink has a separate router so then you need power and data cables.
Hi all,
I live up in Lake Arrowhead and I've been thinking about putting together a rigs and coffee meetup this spring (April or May) and was wondering how much interest there would be for such an event. There's a handful of members up here and many more in the surrounding areas. I have a...
I just took a look at mine and don't see any internal seal at all. I have had the air pressure valve go bad, where the valve core rusted in place and wouldn't hold pressure, but I've never had any issues with leaking from the fill cap.
For what it's worth, this particular USB C to 5221 adapter DOES NOT work with Starlink Mini:

I've had the same issues with Gaia as cug, and I think it stems from the iPhone going in and out of cell service, despite having previously downloaded the maps to use offline. For whatever reason it gets hung up for long periods of time, or crashes or acts like the maps aren't downloaded. I've...
Agreed!
I just had an Overland Solar flexible panel fail after 6 months of use. As it turns out, the flexible panels need to be adhesively mounted on a flat surface or adhesive mounted to a very rigid frame with lots of crossmembers. Renogy actually says their semi-flexible panels must be...
I would love to add the Expedition Essentials mount to my Ram if they would ever come back in stock!
I'm currently running the Bulletpoint dash mount and coupling it with 67 Designs Mag mount for my phone but it not stable enough and my phone ends up going flying. Hard to say if it's the mag...
Thank you both!
She swung by Marsh Transmission, and as soon as they heard the sound, they knew exactly the issue. She said they were very nice and they're going to get me an estimate but said they could fix it no problem.
@Kent R I see a bottle of wine in your future at the next Mojave...
