US West OverlandBound Westside LA Meetup

Assuming I get the rear end back together I'll be there this Saturday. The joy of replacing wheel bearings. Should be easy enough to find since it's literally next door to one of my old jobs. I'll be the odd one out with the Subaru.

Socal Meet up in Orange County?

It was great to get a look at some of the rigs. I didn't get there until 11:30, and spent most of the time talking to Terry about his Subaru. Got plenty of ideas to apply to my own. Had to work on Sunday so I took off when the security guards showed up.

Sounds like a plan. Checked the car and nothing seems likely to explode (fingers crossed). I'll see you on Thursday.

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Just got my new General Grabber AT 2s with new wheels installed on the Subaru. First time running all terrains. They're great!

Hey there! I'm Jeff from Torrance, CA. I'm pretty much a novice overlander, though I've done a handful of trails. As in count them on one hand. My rig is a 2001 Subaru Outback, with all the fluffy lazy luxury options. I got that one because it has the flat 6, which will suite me in the long...
