They charged several hundred for shipping to East coast for the tent and the mattress and ladder were $400. It’s also unobtainable now. I am out of town for a few days but can show it this coming Sunday if you’re interested in making an offer.

Lightly used by our daughter on a few trips, garage kept since new last year. 80 lb RTT easily installed by two people, easy on your vehicle. Great tent but don't need it anymore since moving to bigger trailer.
