I just posted on the invitation that I will be running the Trans-America Trail and will not be able to attend. And now I see it's in my neighborhood... Bummer!

This isn't exactly what I did with my rig today but it is what got done to my rig over the last few days. I should NOW be ready to start the TAT (Trans-America Trail) about the 17th or 18th of this month. IG - tinyOVERLANDER

What a great use for patches. From the pictures I am assuming that the backside is completely covered in Velcro. I'm wondering if self-adhesive Velcro is being used and if not, what is the adhesive of choice? Just wondering because I have many to do and I don't need to reinvent the wheel.

On my suggestion to use Walmart parking lots for meetups. I'm not sure it's true but I read that it is left up to the discretion of each store whether to allow overnight RV camping.

A grassy park would be great but if nothing else works out Walmart allows overnight camping so they should be okay with the meetup. Lots of Walmart's, the meeting could move as needed to accommodate all members.

It is roughly 440 from the start of the Dempster to Inuvik. There is a gas station at the start of the Dempster. At about 220 miles there is gas at Eagle Plains, Yukon. There is also gas at Fort McPherson, NW which is about 330 miles from the start of the Dempster. Total miles to Inuvik, NW is...
