Land Between the Lakes camping suggestions

May head to LBL this weekend. Looking for recommendations on camp sites. This is a car camping request. Not going with a "dispersed camping" crowd. Thoughts on which campgrounds and actual site numbers of you have that detail, are appreciated. Thanks!

Western VA Routes?

Going to be in the Lynchburg, VA area for a few days. Would love to learn about some great day trip routes to explore. Looking for some off pavement as well. Have driven much of the Blue Ridge Parkway in this area, but not spent time on the less traveled dirt. The guys at Mountain State Overland...
