Navigation, how do you do it?

I love PDF Mobile Maps App. It's free, for one. But I can plan the route, measure and calculate fuel ranges and map points in advance, then create a trip map that's saved to pdf for use on my iPad Air. But, I do have some paper map back ups too. Also, if out very remote, we can make li-dar maps...

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Put on a new basket rack, then ordered two Scepter jerries, a new set of ratchet straps, and a Super Siphon. I also bought a can to replenish the freon in the AC, as after 162k miles, it's not blowing cold. apologies to the easterners, but it'll be 80 this weekend and I may need to cool down

@Euro Robert...Thanks man! I have had many people tell me plastic is the way to go, and a very die hard group says to go with the NATO jerry cans for the coolness factor. Picked up a small rack so I can throw my spare and fuel on top. I know some have preferences as to metal of plastic jerry cans. Any thoughts from anyone? Planning on two 5gal cans and using a Super Siphon. CA Robert

Has anyone ever tried a hitch mounted spare tire carrier? I'm looking at Hitchgate products to split between two vehicles. It's a center mount with two jerry can holders, swing out, and just locks into a 2" hitch. The non-european Robert
