Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

If the host creates a Rally Point it should notify members in the area, however I believe there is a limit on the number of notifications a member can send. A staffer/director may be unlimited on the number they can send so if they are involved everyone should get notified.
