Hi I’m just returning back to Ontario from a 3 years away in Georgia. I’m living in Cambridge and am looking forward to learning the trails.

Some of the disadvantages of a RTT in terms of setup time would be neutralized by purchasing an Alu-cab type that just pops up. My oztent sets up almost as fast as my old CVT and offers me much more flexibility. Kicked around purchasing an Alu-cab in order to amp up the convenience factor, but...

I've had both. RTT sounded better when I first started - but the few advantages soon were outweighed by the numerous disadvantages: Tiny, crawling up and down your rig, putting everything away to move the truck, no 'base-camp' option. I sold mine and bought an Oztent RV5 and have zero regrets...

I have a RV5 and it fits perfectly nested up in my Camelback (similar to Gobi) rack. It lays straight on the expanded metal bottom, with the upper rail keeping it from moving front or back. Its made for it...

We use the Oztent RV5 and absolutely love it. As empty nesters, it's just my wife and I overlanding - but the RV5 takes up almost no more space than the smaller versions - and is so nice to have the extra room when the weather is bad and you're hibernating longer than you want to. Won't go back...

I did this route last weekend (Memorial Day) - really enjoyed it. Forest Service Road 77 is really nice.

I recently moved to Georgia and am starving for some decent trails - love to know this route as well...
