Follow up to my issue. Good news. Customer support responded. I have attached the following images in hopes it may help those who are experiencing a similar issue.
I called the company but they're on holiday and not in the office. I have started prep work for caulking the upper portion and will probably do the underside as a precaution as well.

I have a Mt. Hood roof top tent, it has water trapped inside the upper clamshell section not to be confused with the sleeping section. How do I dry it out? Is there a specific location on the tent to drill and drain the water without damaging the integrity of the tent? I can hear the water...
