Quick weekend getaway to Anza Borrego State Park with a local group of friends. This was my first time flying the Skydio 2+ drone and this thing is amazing! I hope to be able to create more memories with it in 2022!

Just picked up a Skydio 2 Plus and love it! Last weekend was the first time I used it, during a weekend outing to Anza Borrego. Still lots to learn!

Thanks! Yeah, steep AND loose is really the only terrain I have trouble with. Steep and firm/immovable rocks is OK. I also have more articulation in the IFS in the front now, as I've removed the sway bar.

The biggest issues I have are with very steep, loose terrain. If it is steep and rocky (not loose), I am usually fine, as the rocks provide traction -- especially with the locker. I rarely get stuck -- but if I do, I have a winch and plenty of recovery gear. The only time I've had to use the...
