Been there done that. Nope, I'm a desert traveler primarily, I love the Mojave and have for years.
I've done the Rubicon Trail, 60 times first trip in 1977, last in 2006. led many a jeeper thru it. Moab is another fab spot of mine. The desert surrounding this area is as good as it gets.
