    Post Your YouTube channel

I have been following your adventure the last few months. Looks like you are having a blast. The CJ grill on the YJ is nice as well. My wife has a CJ7 we take wheeling as well.

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Yesterday I got the truck all loaded up for a 4 day trip to the Lone Pine area. Then my daughter got sick.... Now I have a fully loaded truck ready to go sitting in the driveway. Hopefully she gets better soon and we can hit the road in a few days. 20170408_195508 by Matthew Dresselhaus, on...

    Lets See Your Dirtiest Pic!

Took the dirt road from Gateway CO to Moab UT. Got hit with a snow/rain storm along the way. The bast part is my wife and I had all our bags in the back for our 5 day stay in Moab with no tarp to cover them. We laughed about it the entire time. I am still cleaning that mud off the truck 22...

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Yes custom built. One of the perks of having a plasma table in my garage. Going to give it a good test in a week when we spend 4 days on the eastern side of the sierras and in death valley. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    California emissions laws

Like above 1975 and older don't smog at all for gas. Smog tests are every two years for cars over I think 4 years old. There are a few zip codes in CA that only smog on by and sell. My parents live in one of the them in southern CA. Honestly if your vehicle is running right it should pass...

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Food warmer from a few posts up was a success. I put two hotdogs wrapped in foil in it. About 45 minutes in the box and the were perfect to eat. At the time I was doing a lot of downhill coasting so I wasn't generated a bunch of heat. I am sure in warmer weather and when the engine is...

    Kids and Overlanding

My daughter will be 6 in 2 weeks. Sense she was three we have taken a clear bucket with a lid (maybe 3/4 gallon) and let her fill it with what ever she wants. It gets filled with sticks, rocks, pine cones, dirt etc. She can only collect what fits in the bucket. We used to dump it out as we...

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

I added a " food warmer" to the engine. About 2 1/2" above the exhaust manifold. Going on a day trip Monday and will see how well it works then. 20170317_134441 by Matthew Dresselhaus, on Flickr 20170317_141856 by Matthew Dresselhaus, on Flickr 20170317_141846 by Matthew Dresselhaus, on Flickr

From Central CA - Fresno CA

I do to. Especially when they have a modern fuel injected motor so they stay running. The old carbed 4.2 was so warn when we pulled it you could grab the fan belt and turn the motor over by hand with the plugs in it. Had to put a new air filter in it every 200 miles because of the blow by.
