Still have not received my order yet of a replacement badge I placed in January and haven’t received an email saying it’s shipped. Several emails never a response. What happened to this company? Is there not an office that someone handles calls or anything?

I ordered a replacement badge Jan 21st 2025 , I have not received any update and i also have sent 3 emails asking just for an update. I hope they didn’t close.
