Does it really fold up as small as the picture shows? Do you feel the 250lb weight rating is legit? My dog is well over 100lbs and old.

Welcome to the group. Im a couple hours south of you near Gainesville. There is a decent amount of wheeling in the Mark Twain, though nothing compared to what is out west.
