It all started a couple years ago when I was birthed. As a fellow free spirit stuck in Illinois, I started off roading on ATV's and quickly fell in love with nature.
A few years after that When I was turned down for what I thought was my "dream job" I walked into Polaris and bought a RZR and a trailer to cheer me up. I spent the next few years during my free time traveling to all the big off road destinations and attending rallies out west. However as fun as all that was, that too felt limiting. All the signs telling me where I could and couldn't drive, the roads that were off limits etc.
I meet a fellow in Moab who introduced me to "overlanding." His "rig," a bad ass Nissan Xterra with a weird looking tent on the roof had my attention. Once I returned home, I purchased a RTT, outfitted my Jeep, and been exploring ever since.
Since all my friends are generally house broke and content with cookie cutter vacations I'm here looking for fellow freedom seekers..
