Had a great weekend in Coyote Canyon (Anza Borrego). Weather wasn’t too hot and nobody around for MILES!

If you were given $750 to invest in overlanding gear, what would you get and why? It doesn’t have to be only 1 purchase, it could be multiple but it can’t exceed $750 in total.

Thinking of doing upper coyote canyon in Anza borrego soon. Has anyone run it recently? I’m wondering if a Z71 w/ a 2 inch leveling kit and 33 Ko2 can make it. I have a winch and a partner vehicle (2nd gen Tacoma) coming along.

Sad I couldn’t make it to the meetup tonight at Societe brewing but I had a great time at the Padres game.... life is all about balance!
