My wife and I are both retired and "newbies" to overlanding. I drive a 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 with 33" KO2's and 10" clearance. Looking to get "off-grid" to camp and relax. Nothing too extreme, no rock crawling or such. Just trails / roads that passenger vehicles can't get to. We really like Northern AZ and NM as well as CO and further North. We live near Ft Worth, TX and just don't have much nearby.
