When I "off-road" its with my original vehicle, a 1969 Toyota FJ-40 Land Cruiser, mostly stock.

Purchased when I moved to Phoenix out of college, I spent a lot of time planning and weekending trips in the mountains and deserts of Arizona.

Moved back to Idaho 20 years later with the truck. Did a little rehab and paint when my son learned to drive and needed a vehicle. He drove it thru College and we bought him a FJ for his graduation and I took my FJ-40 back.

Now we mostly day-trip around the Boise/Meridian, Idaho area.

The "Yota" needs some work so we can be sure to get home from our trips, but she's still a looker with a lot of heart.

UPDATE: Full restoration and upgrade finished. 4 wheel disc brakes, 350hp Chevy 3 speed automatic, lift, insulation carpet paint etc etc.
