We just did our first trip out there this week and checked out the Pine Glen campground, so we plan on doing more exploring as well.

How far east are you planning to be when you move through the Southeast? The GAT would have some good options in Georgia, Uwharrie is a great stop in NC, and Ocala National Forest in Central Florida has plenty of options for dispersed camping and exploring.

We've had some luck in other groups posting the general event with region but without location details and having a rider cap / wait list. In the vein of tread lightly, the details were sent by PM to the confirmed driver list the week prior to manage group size.

Glad to see there is some activity. We are hoping to find a community outside of the FB groups which have become more advertising than conversations so happy to meet y'all

Is there an active OB community in the metro Atlanta and surrounding area? I just joined the forums and everything for Georgia appears very quiet despite a good number on the members map.
