Is it a good idea to run USB and 12v (cigarette lighter) directly to a lithium battery. Or do something like the picture and run everything through a solar charge controller? I dont need any AC plugs. I'm pretty dense when it comes to wiring.

Lol I went the "buy once, cry once" route. I bought the Morrflate Ten-Six. It airs up my 35" tires from 15psi to 38psi in ~10 minutes. All four tires at once. It's not too loud. Didn't get hot, it did get warm but was still able to handle
