    White Rim Road, Canyonlands

Has anyone run White Rim Rd? I’m planning a trip this fall. Curious if a stock 4Runner TRD Venture with AT tires would be an issue. Minimum off-road experience.

    4Runner KDSS

BCNP4runner: thanks for the insight. My 4Runner handles great on the road and I'm pleased with how it handled on the moderate Colorado trail I was on. For my purposes, the stock set-up should work fine with a few mod's; ARB diff breather and A/T tires. Maybe a intake air upgrade to augment the...

    4Runner KDSS

Just bought a 2020 4Runner with KDSS and I haven’t been off-road enough to figure it out or determine it was worth the cost. Most of my travel is overland and I plan it stick to moderate trails. Any thoughts? What about lifting? Any issues?

    GAZELLE HUB TENTS

Thanks, all. Lots of good info on the T3 and T4. All things considered, i'll most likely get the T4.

    GAZELLE HUB TENTS

Great info. Thanks. I checked out the chatter on the gazelle thread. Tent advertisements are always generous with their "number of persons" claim. So, what's your take on people? Is the T3 actually a comfortable two person and the T4 a three person?

    Hello from Chicago

I'm glad to hear you're both OK. It may have been a different outcome in a smaller vehicle. I enjoyed my Commander. it's still on the road with a friend of mine. About 150K and still running strong.

    Hello from Chicago

Thanks for the advice and offer. I'll look you up when I dive into a new vehicle. It might be a while before I purchase. Nice to know another Commander owner. I had a decked-out 2009. Bought the Durango in 14, but still love that Commander.

    Hello from Chicago

Right now I'm using my Durango which works fine for national and state park camping, etc. I'm considering a Rubicon or 4Runner TRD Pro. Leaning toward a 4Runner for space and comfort reasons, which fits my needs best. But, you can't beat the jeep for all round capability and that "cool" look...

    Hello from Chicago

Yikes! What have I gotten myself into? I know little about "Overlanding," but hope to learn more with my membership (Youtube can take you only so far). I don't even have a rig, though I'm no newbie to the outdoors and camping.
