I thought about shipping back to Idaho but don't think it will pass customs. Sure would look good on the trails back home. For now I am still enjoying the ride in Africa.

Thanks, I checked out WikiCamps at the app store, it looks good for campsites and I will be trying it out when I return to the states. Can't tell if it has overland track detail.
I have been using iOverlander in Africa as far north as Ethiopia. It's a good resource combined with Tracks4Africa. Anyone know of an offline app like T4A with that level of overland tracks and waypoint detail for North America?
