After moving to Washington state back in 2008, my love for cross-country road trips meshed with my desire to explore the wild, mountainous areas ... so I bought a Nissan Xterra and have been Overlanding ever since. Previous to living in the PNW, I've travelled across the USA by car several times. I've also had opportunities to explore the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico as well as the interior of Honduras. While in the US Army I traversed the large deserts of Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
As of August 2018 I'm back in Michigan. Looking for trails and other adventures around the midwest and east coast.
