65, Married, 3 kids, 5 grandchildren, work from home (contract design engineer- electronics and opto-mech design), guitarist, bassist, tube amp designer and builder, have a 3rd Gen 4runner that wishes it was a LC75 Troopy. Have a house battery and inverter, so I can work at the south pole if I could drive there. Mostly afrikaner and aussie gear...for obvious reasons. From Pasadena CA, but now live in Riverside CA. Wife retired.

Love getting lost and exploring, albeit been living dangerously. Love working on the truck. Just got my GMRS license, a radio and a inReach, so living less dangerously. Shout out to Randy Brown at NOTARUBICON!

I also died a couple mo ago, and am now reanimated. Have an implanted defib...and can't drive til Nov...so I work on the truck. Looking for a wrench head bro to hang w/...but I don't drink (not by choice...grrrr). All my bro friends are dead (meaning, they are deceased).

Hoping to get out on some small day group trips to try out this follow the leader thing. Open to long trips (c or k miles, not just mi) when I able to drive again...so I monitor events calendar.
