My wife, the kids and I love the outdoors. Mostly camping, canoeing and fishing. We live in a relatively remote area with our 2 German Shepherd dogs and a couple of cats. We have one old country gas station about 6 miles up the road. 25 minute drive to anything else. We like to camp and fish and drive old mountain roads. We're more "soft roaders" than true off roaders. We didn't know Overlanding was a thing until early 2020. We didn't know there was a name for some of the outdoor fun we like to have. Never heard of dispersed camping, overlanding, soft roading, but do these things often. I'm a gear and gadget nut and my wife encourages my addiction LOL. We also love to build and make a lot of our own stuff. We're working on our first official rigs and will post some pics and things and may start a YouTube channel and special Instagram for our adventures and the oddities we get involved with. it will be an eclectic mix for sure. can't wait to meet more like minded folks.
