I'm Scott and live in a western suburb of Cleveland. Do a lot of "glamping" with my wife, who likes the creature comforts, lol. On my own, I prefer to get into places a camper can't be drug into. Sleep under the awning when it's nice enough, throw on the awning room when it's not.
Load leveling hitch will distribute some of the weight to the front wheels, which will also help handling. Plus you'll be able to use it with multiple vehicles.
