Q... Looking to make a nice drive up to a fire lookout in the Sierra National Forest. What's the rule about camping nearby or in the vicinity of a fire lookout tower? Thanks!

Thanks to @JReichert11 for his expertise over the weekend in spotting me through Sourgrass 4x4 trail! Without lockers and a small lift, it's doable with the right lines and a great spotter. Came back with new scars, but it could've been much worse from what I've seen!

Thanks to @OTG_one and his amazing site OverlandTrailGuides.com, we'll be doing a section of the Lassen BDT real soon. While we're there, we'll be exploring some hiking trails and cool off in some lakes nearby. Hopefully there will be enough water!

Looking forward to the trip! If all goes well, I'll be bringing the little one for some one-on-one (ish) time!
