I plunge cut it with the saw it self, I just measured where I wanted the hole and cut it out then used a grinder to open it up enough for the cover to if in.

So this is the DIY chainsaw box I made today for around $20 simple & easy. It works with all my other Ridgid boxes I use for storage in the Adventure Pony.

There's a couple bronco parts groups on Facebook and I have seen seats on there from time to time so maybe there's bracketry as well.
