My current range with the 25 gallon tank is about 300 miles and 100 clams... and the price of fuel has dropped momentarily - it's usually 125 clams

I've enjoyed the videos posted by the gentleman in Colorado who put an EV system in his 80 Series Land Cruiser. He managed to keep the transfer case in tact and still also kept regen braking. I see regen braking as a great way to control downhill speed as well as recharging the EV battery...

Even simply circulating the water would work if it's not too cold out....

I bring my firearm when camping. I'd rather have it and not ever use it than not have it and then find myself in need of it. I've never had to use it. I also bring a shovel, I've brought an axe, recovery gear, waterproof matches, emergency heat, extra food, extra clothes, extra fuel, trauma...

I don't have any photos from building it - but I traced out the base of the original console and mimicked it. Trial and error for getting the cup holders the way they should be, - still need to paint that area... I had the cupholders made by a friend with a 3D printer - but got the incorrect...

In my 80 Series, I yanked out the center console and built one myself out of Baltic Birch plywood ..... a subwoofer with crossover and amplifier inside the box - and added functional cup holders.. It's not perfect nor is it beautiful, but it really helps the sound, and it's a decent armrest...

At the car wash this morning.....
