Colorado crew cab has a 10 “ longer wheel base than a 4 door Jeep but 10” less than a gladiator… So the new springs and upper control arms are in. Raised the truck 2” from stock and rides way nicer that the hockey puck level kit. Can’t wait to get her out this weekend and try it out.

Found a 21 ZR2 Bison for 45k with 8300 miles, the shift plates are cherry. The guy never took it off road. 8000$ less than the lower option Mojave and so much more comfortable than the Tacoma. Next step will be 4.10 gears and 33” tires and a cab high RTT rack. Then if I can swing it a wench...

That’s the worry about the Tacoma also. I drive back and forth from LA to East of Palm Springs a few times a week. I won’t always do it in my truck , but the few times a month I will do it I need to be comfortable for those 3 1/2 hour rides home.

For around 40k I can get a new 2020 rebel or for around 37k I can get a 1 owner 13 raptor with 60000 miles in clean shape. mom almost leaning to the Raptor just for Value. They don’t seem to be losing a lot of value. I live in the desert and I’m thinking the ford will be better in sandy...
