We may need to cancel erasing the tracks on the soda lake unless we can get more members to sign up. The parks Natural Scientist will be on the lake to help if we can get the people.

The other projects will still be in place working directly with the OHV Ranger.

Would have really enjoyed being on this one, but already have long standing plans to do the East Mojave Heritage Trail Seg 3 that weekend with folks from TLCA. Is there a date for the October event?

Attendee message will go this Saturday, Bob and I have one more conference call with NPS at the end of the week to nail down the final projects.

So far we have 10 rigs signed up and still could use a couple of more.

Hey Kent, Sorry I haven't scheduled myself into any slots. Let me know where we're needed and we'll be there! My buddy doesn't get into town until Thursday this week, so we'll plan on coming out on Friday. I'm game for anything you guys need.

I'm thinking of doing Mojave Road on my own tomorrow morning.

How hard is that?
It’s a dirt road with some ruts here and there. A stock 4WD with high clearance can do it no problem as long as you take your time in the rough parts.

Thanks in part to Mohave Trail Guardian Project #2 volunteers you'll have easier time finding your way as twenty-five road signs were replaced with the ones you can actually see. Notice the old and new signs on the image below. :grinning:
