I have a brand new NatureNest 270 Awning annex room only (not the awning) for a Driver Side 2m 270 awning. Love these annex rooms, but this one did not fit my application. I have the 2.2M 270 for the full size Dodge Ram 2500. This one will fit a Jeep perfectly. I ended up with this because the winter rains kept me from trying to install the room in my driveway. When I finally figured out it was the wrong size and the wrong side (I have a passenger side 270), it was past the 30 day return limit. The vendor wouldn't take it back. Make me a reasonable offer and it's yours.
