Rally Point Details:
We will be camping down by the Owyhee River. From there, we will explore the area, and check out some scenic views, including a couple of overlooks where the river carves the canyon.
Families are welcome, as are dogs.
We will meet at the Flying J Travel center starting at 9:30am, and will depart at exactly 10:30am.
I will be driving a Blue Nissan Frontier Pro-4x, towing a tan trailer with a roof top tent. There may also be a green Xterra, and there will be a white jeep with "To Boldly Go" along the side of the hood.
Bring plenty of water, or a way to filter the river water, as we are camping on public land, with no access to services.
A portable toilet is HIGHLY recommended, as we do not want human waste to seep into the river.
Other than that, please just bring yourself, a good attitude, and let's go and have a good time!
