Winter Run

*This will be a softroading adventure at best! (Nothing technical, no rock climbs, black diamond etc.) We will be taking the same route the Subaru club did a few months ago. Some paved roads, gravel roads, and slight mud. Hopefully we will get snow for this run!

Rally Point Details:

A softroading trail ride around the Mohican State Park area.

*All people attending will be required to sign a model release for themselves and vehicles for filming that will later be used on Instagram and Youtube for Project Overland USA and subsidiaries. Since filming will be taking place you should understand that there will be multiple times during the ride that we will stop and set up video and photo shots of the action. In fact filming or video recording could take more than half of the days time of the trail ride! You may be asked to perform a maneuver or drive sequence more than once to get a good video shot of that event.

If you have a drone and would like to video and share the footage of the event please feel welcome to bring the drone.

*About the Waypoints below, they are just meeting locations to get to the trail, not the trail ride itself. There will be 2 meeting points for this event. The first meeting location will be the Coffee Vault () at 12pm for anyone around central Ohio that wants to caravan up to Mohican State Park. The second meeting location is for those that live north of or around Mohican State Park will be main entrance and parking lot of Mohican State Park () at 1:45pm.

After the ride we will have a group dinner in either Mt. Vernon or Loudenville.

There is no estimate of how long this ride will take but plan on 5 hours from 2pm.

There is always a risk to you and your vehicle when you drive. We are not responsible for damage or injury and if you are worried about the risk then please don't attend.

Ham Radio will be the preferred method of communications.

If you would like to be a lead in medical, mechanical, or communications please let me know.
