[Overland A Far]

The wife had a long break so we decided to take a bit of a spring break and make a run through the mountains. Weather has been less than spring like here so going over the parkway highway is always a risk. I geared up the Tacoma and off to the Radium Hot Springs.
The pictures tell the story - snow covered roads and low clouds to start, breached the summit, then got oriented at Panorama and a good trip back. Deep snow but all went well.

Looks like a great ride! The snow will be gone here before I have a chance to go pout and play in it.

We got another 3 inches last night but plus 10 Celsius today. Off to the Calgary Travel and Adventure Show tomorrow. Meeting up with a couple vets that are like minded 4X4 overlanders. Check out the www.streetlegalatv.ca site - and selling Echo expedition trailers imported from South Africa.
