Something in the Lakes might be an idea.

For sure we ourselves are planning a few weekends in the Lakes and will out out an invite to members if they want to join us.
Before we moved to Cyprus we used to spend our summer hols camping in the lakes, kayaking, walking, mountain biking and gill scrambling with all our kids.
It certainly caters for everything and in a relatively small area.
