Trona Pinnacles and Death Valley Super Bloom

Had a fun weekend doing a quick trip to DV and Trona Pinnacles. Had to do some gear testing for the Oztent RV-5 tent and for Leadfoot Offroad. Everything worked out great but we were over the 40mph winds that night. Enjoy the pics. Full review of the Oztent will be up on my blog soon.

Nice shots! We nearly got blown away the 3rd night ourselves. 60-70 mph gusts on the rise we camped on... had to retreat to the 4Runner for safety.

Thanks! My Forester is slightly different now but I still run the tent setup at times.

Interesting way to mount to oztent to the roof rack. Man, I really wanna try one.
