2021 YEARLY CALENDAR PLAN*

I have talked to a large number of our bay area members and the consensus is most people can take a Friday off if they know about the date in advance. The benefit to leaving early Friday is we can drive a little further and get onto the trail to tackle some great trips over a weekend. Longer trips like Death Valley and Anza Borrego might need additional days, but the goal is weekend trips that most people can attend. Throughout the year there will be varying levels of difficulty so pick one that suits you best. Rally Points for each trip will be posted about a month in advance, not before then.

Just come! :)

Tri-Valley Monthly Meet Up- Pleasanton CA

EVERY SECOND SUNDAY MEET UP 1-3pm
We are looking to gather together those living in the East Bay (and greater Bay Area) at McKay’s Taphouse & Beer Garden in downtown Pleasanton. It’s a great place. Everyone is welcome as we look to gather together adventure minded people to meet up, see each other’s rigs, and PLAN TRIPS. Our time will be spent learning from each other and from occasional instructors, understanding simple and advanced concepts of off roading, and MAKING plans to have fun!

Plan for the 2nd SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 1PM. The meet up will happen downtown Pleasanton at McKay’s Taphouse in their upstairs room with our rigs down in their off-street parking lot. First hour we will meet and eat having lunch together as we support the restaurant. Second hour we will hang out by our rigs and talk shop. Doesn’t matter what you drive, just that you are up for adventure.

You can call ahead and order lunch if you want to expedite your food. RSVP and let us know you are coming!

Repetition they say is key...so for the third time, count on the Second Sunday 1-3pm. For the second time it doesn’t matter what you drive. We all need adventure because...adventure is necessary.

I started up the Central California meet up and we went on 6 trips over the last 8 months, these are some of fun memories.

Just got back from Death Valley, always so gorgeous this time of year. Passing through the northern end of Yosemite to Death Valley is stunning to see such beauty at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
