TempoTusk Skottle setup question

So I drank the coolaid and purchased a Skittle grill. But the two holes for the eye bolts for the burner are not pre threaded. Do they all come this way? I sent a message to TemboTusk but figured I might get a faster response here....Not supper happy if this is normal and I have to use the bolts to thread the holes...

Got a call from Tembo they said the threads were probably clogged up with the pre seasoning they put on the disk. They offered to send me a new one and a pay to return the current one. Or if I had a 1/4 - 20 tap that should clean them out. I did have the tap so went with the clean out option. It was a little harder to clean out than I thought it would be but it worked out...
