I absolutely love winter travel and exploring. It opens up new views with the falling of the leaves , having everything covered in snow brings such a wonderful muffled silence to the woods and depending on where you live it really shortens up travel time to go explore . Depending on the snow depth even a nice flat FS road can be challenging .
