Australia Post know have a hub in Portland Oregon, they assign you an address to use as your American address and all
of your purchases go to their hub, where they get repackaged and sent to Australia.They charge on weight and size and have
a shipping calculator available to use to assess the cost, they also add and pay GST sales tax.
