Having never driven this trail I'm honestly not sure, part of me says with the right line and careful stacking we would be ok but the other part of me is conservative. I'd check out the trails off-road vid and another that I'll post in a second.

I anticipate some minor scraping / banging happening but if we are careful it shouldn't be too bad.
I drove yesterday through Idaho Spring and it was totally dry. We might find some wet/snowy sections in the shaded spots though.

If it gets too sketchy we can always try another easier trails in the area!

minor change in plans, we will meet at the safeway in idaho springs, its got a larger parking lot and wont be nearly as crowded

No , we have all kinds of stuff going on family, holidays ect. Hope everyone enjoys the area. It's not the San Juan's. But it is a nice area for getting together that's for sure!
