It's in great shape, the only issue it had was a bit of dampness got in during the winter of 17-18, had bit of mold that I abated completely. Happy to send pics (my wife is allergic to mold, and she has no issues with it).

Also willing to sell the Leitner racks with the tent- they'll fit any short bed truck, come with 4 gear pods, 4 rotopax mounts, max traxx mounts, RTT mounts, and extra load bar. Add $1600 for that.
